The GIS Program supports member counties, communities, and in-house programs by providing a broad range of technical and administrative mapping services.  SEDA-COG is dedicated to creating and maintaining new map layers, merging these layers together into a comprehensive GIS, and providing clients with the tools and knowledge to use the system efficiently.  Working with county GIS leaders, the SEDA-COG GIS Task Force meets quarterly to coordinate mapping activities across the region and advance the state of GIS in Central Pennsylvania.
