John K. Reichard - Director of Finance Programs
John has been employed at SEDA-COG since November 1994, starting as a Financial Analyst and has worked with several programs including Finance, Export, and PA SourceNet. John became a Loan Officer in the Finance Program in October, 1999, and became the Director of the Program in August 2010. John's educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Dickinson College including a year abroad studying at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. He has also received his Masters of Science in Business Administration Degree from Bucknell University. |

Tim Kishbach - Senior Loan Officer
Tim joined the SEDA-COG Finance staff in April 2007, after 19 years of banking experience. Tim gained previous work experience at The First National Bank Berwick, where he held the position of VP and Sr. Loan Officer. Most recently, Tim was Business Banking Regional Manager of Citizens Bank in State College. He earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Bloomsburg University and BS in Finance from Penn State. |

Brian Wiktor - Loan Officer
Brian joined SEDA-COG in April 2011, after several years at Service 1st Federal Credit Union, where he was a Business Relationship Manager. Previously, he worked at FNB Bank, Mifflinburg Bank & Trust Company, and Regency Finance Company in Selinsgrove. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and is involved in the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, Union County United Way, and the Danville Business Alliance. |

Tina Showers - Senior Program Analyst
Tina accepted the position of Financial Analyst with the Finance Program in September 2002. She graduated with honors from Susquehanna University with a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, and a minor in Information Systems. Tina previously worked at SEDA-COG as an intern with theGeographic Information Systems (GIS) Program and as a Regional Needs Analysis Surveyor for Forum for the Future in 2000. |

Roxanne Greising - Program Analyst
Roxanne joined SEDA-COG in September 2010, as a Program Analyst in the Finance Department. Formerly, she worked for Miners Bank as a Credit Analyst Manager and prior to that, she was employed by CCFNB in Bloomsburg. She recently obtained a degree in Business Management from Luzerne County Community College. |

Raymond Haden - Program Analyst
Ray joined SEDA-COG in September 2008. Ray has an undergraduate degree from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, where he majored in political science and Spanish; and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. Since 2007 Ray had been a financial representative with American General Financial Services in Wilkes-Barre. Among his many duties, he had been responsible for booking and closing loans, and for underwriting and determining repayment feasibility for potential customers. For two years prior to joining American General, Ray was associated with First Columbia Bank & Trust, Bloomsburg. As a credit analyst he helped support the commercial loan origination function, which required significant data analysis and evaluation. |

Stacy Anderson - Loan Closer
Stacy joined the Finance Department as Loan Closer in August 2010. She began employment at SEDA-COG in 1997 as a Program Assistant for Economic Development and the Procurement Programs. In 2006, she was promoted to Program Analyst for the Procurement Program. In addition to 96 credit hours at Bloomsburg University, she has received training from the SBA, General Services Administration, and APTAC on topics related to government contracting. In November 2010 she received NADCO SBA 504 Loan Closer training. |

Kim Henninger - Portfolio Manager
Prior to coming to SEDA-COG, Kim has served as a Credit Analyst/Portfolio Manager for AgChoice Farm Credit in Lewisburg. She was responsible for analyzing financial information from loan applicants, assisting loan officers, putting loan packages together, and serving distressed accounts. Kim’s previous positions have included Financial Programs Trainee with the Office of Public Health and Human Services in Harrisburg, and an internship with Geisinger’s Business Strategy and Development Department. Kim is a 2005 graduate of Bloomsburg University where she completed a double major in accounting and management and earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration. |

Melodee A. Mensch - Program Assistant
Melodee joined SEDA-COG in May 2004, as Program Assistant to the Finance Staff. She worked as an Accounting Analyst for 17 years at H. Warshow & Sons, Inc., working in Accounts Payable, General Ledger Programs, and Payroll. Melodee has taken many accounting courses at Pennsylvania College of Technology to support her accounting background. |

Jim McClure - SBA 504 and USDA B&I Specialist for South Central PA
Jim worked in the SEDA-COG Finance Program since 1989 as a Senior Loan Officer, became the Director of the Program in 1996, and retired from the agency in 2010. Jim came to SEDA-COG from the commercial finance/lease industry. He graduated from Susquehanna University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration in 1982. He currently serves SEDA-COG as an Independent Marketing Representative within the South Central Counties of PA administering the SBA 504 and USDA B&I loan programs. |

Mike Mignogna - SBA 504 and USDA B&I Specialist for Western PA
Mr. Mignogna has 20 years of Finance experience, including 17 years in Economic Development Financing. He served as Program Director of the Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission from June, 1990 to August 2002. He is certified by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Professional. He currently serves SEDA-COG as an Independent Marketing Representative within the Western Counties of PA administering the SBA 504 and USDA B & I loan programs. He also serves on the Loan Review Committee of the Progress Fund. | |
