Roxanne R. Greising - Director

Roxanne has directed SEDA-COG’s Business Finance Department since February 2017. Her goal is to continue to invest in the region’s businesses by partnering with banks with a focus on customer service and efficiency.

She originally joined SEDA-COG in 2010 as program analyst, becoming senior program analyst in 2014. She began her banking career with CCFNB, Bloomsburg PA as an analyst, moving in 2008 to Miners Bank, Minersville, as their credit analyst manager.

Roxanne has two associate degrees from Luzerne County Community College, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in accounting from Misericordia University.

 

John K. Reichard - Senior Relationship Manager II

As senior relationship manager II, John builds on his many years of experience to connect businesses with the best loans for their goals.

He has been employed with the SEDA-COG Business Finance Department since 1994, starting as financial analyst, and has worked with several programs such as the SEDA-COG Export Development Program and PA SourceNet. John became a loan officer in 1999 and took over program directorship in 2010. In 2017, John transitioned to senior relationship manager II.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College and a Master of Science in business administration from Bucknell University.

 

Ray Haden - Principal Program Analyst

Ray helps businesses’ loans move smoothly and efficiently through the approval and closing process as principal program analyst. He also manages portfolios and fund reporting.

He joined SEDA-COG in 2008 as program analyst, and before returning as loan officer in 2014, he was employed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as an assistant national bank examiner.

Ray has an undergraduate degree in political science and Spanish from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, and a master’s degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University. He is pursuing his educational doctorate degree from Wilkes University.

 

Shahnee Holmes - Lending Officer

Shahnee Holmes is the newest addition to the team, starting in February 2017. As lending officer, she networks and markets the business finance programs.

She has nine years’ experience in the finance sector, and most recently comes to SEDA-COG as an underwriter for BAMA Commercial Leasing.

Shahnee has an Associate of Science in early education from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

 

Melodee A. Mensch - Program Analyst

As program analyst, Melodee coordinates the process of loan approvals and closings, in addition to administrative duties.

She has worked in the SEDA-COG Business Finance Department since 2004, starting as program assistant. Prior to that, she was an accounting analyst for 17 years at H. Warshow & Sons Inc.

Melodee has taken SBA closing and analyst courses to support her analyst role at SEDA-COG in addition to accounting courses at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

 

Kim Rettinger - Program Assistant/Information Specialist

Kim works with businesses during his annual collateral visits, and internally, he does scanning, database management, and administrative work.

He started at SEDA-COG in 2008 as information scanner. For 15 years, he worked in the Kuhns Brothers Log Homes’ engineering department analyzing data, scanning drawings and records, and scheduling workloads.

Kim has taken customer service courses. 
 
 

Jim McClure - SBA 504 Specialist for South Central PA

Jim helps businesses in south central Pennsylvania connect to loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration through SEDA-COG.

He retired from SEDA-COG in 2010 as director of business finance. He started in 1989 as senior loan officer after working in the commercial finance/lease industry.

Jim earned an Associate Degree in business administration from Susquehanna University.

 

Dan Rarig - SBA 504 Specialist for Northern and Northeastern PA

Businesses in northern and northeastern Pennsylvania can contact Dan about the U.S. Small Business Administration through SEDA-COG.

He worked at SEDA-COG from 1985 to 1996 and was director of business finance during the last years of his tenure. He has over 35 years of experience working in financial management and accounting positions in the manufacturing sector, as well as employment with a nationwide non-bank lender and a merger and acquisition firm.

Dan has a Master of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
