 First National Bank

First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation, has been delivering hometown service and world-class solutions for customers in Pennsylvania since 1864.  The Company has grown to nearly 290 full-service locations across four states, including 30 in the counties served by SEDA-COG, and to more than $16.6 billion in assets.

Known for putting clients first, FNB provides a comprehensive range of personal and business banking, insurance and wealth management products and services. FNB also ensures clients have access to the latest technology, including an innovative small business banking suite that enables clients to manage the majority of their business and personal financial needs from the online banking platform.

FNB's commitment to doing the right thing drives a dedication to community involvement, which is a key component of Company culture. That commitment is evident in monetary support to local organizations each year, and in the nearly 20,000 hours of service performed by FNB employees in 2014.

It also shows in the Bank's strategic partnerships with organizations that share their focus on economic development.

 Project

First National Bank recently partnered with SEDA-COG on a project for Kyfus Metal Sales, LLC.

One example of how FNB collaborates with local agencies is the Bank's recent financing of Kyfus Metal Sales, LLC, completed in conjunction with SEDA-COG.  FNB provided bridge financing to fund, in part, the acquisition of new equipment.

"At First National Bank, we strive to conduct business in a way that benefits our clients and our communities. By working with organizations like SEDA-COG, we are better able to identify and support opportunities that drive sustainable growth in our regions," said William Joseph, Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager for FNB.
