SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG's ) Export Development Team serves the businesses and communities of Central Pennsylvania by encouraging & facilitating economic development through growth in world trade. We prepare businesses to enter and compete in the global market place by providing and seizing international opportunities to increase jobs and sales.
Export 101 Workshop
{globe} Are you thinking about exporting? The Bucknell University Small Business Development Center and the SEDA-COG Export Development Program are holding an Export 101 workshop.
The workshop will be held Wednesday, January 14 from 8:30-11:30 am in the Elaine Langone Center of Bucknell University, Room 256.
The workshop is ideal for new to export companies, new employees of currently exporting companies, or anyone looking to brush up on their export knowledge.
Cost is $10 per person and includes continental breakfast.

Virtual Trade Advisor 3.0 Goes Live!
A new and improved version of the Commonwealth’s Virtual Trade Advisor has arrived! Individuals can now search for products using keywords and quickly register for additional information with the new user-friendly interface. One of the great new features includes an interactive product and market dashboard which provides one-click access to the user’s products, potential markets, and even lists of buyers and competitors.

Market Access Grant
Due to the overwhelming response to the Market Access Grant (MAG) program, the deadlines and review sessions have moved to a quarterly format.
Friday, January 9, 2008 is the last day to submit a MAG for the upcoming review session.
As of September 2008, there is a new user-friendly MAG form .
