Welcome to SEDA-Council of Governments, a public development organization serving 11 Central Pennsylvania counties. SEDA-COG is overseen by a Board of elected officials, business people, and area residents; and staffed by professionals with expertise in such fields as transportation, international sales, information technology, and financial packaging. We work with the region’s counties, communities, companies, and individuals. We help them – and you - make things happen.
