LEWISBURG – SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG) elected its 2017 Board of Directors’ officers at the Dec. 7 public meeting.

 

Board president is Snyder County Commissioner Malcolm Derk III; first vice president is Perry County Commissioner Brenda K. Benner; second vice president is Clinton County Commissioner Jeff Snyder; secretary remains Larry Reisinger of Perry County; and treasurer remains Larry Seibert, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Union County.

 

Past officers are Union County Commissioner Preston Boop, president; Derk, first vice president; Benner, second vice president; Reisinger, secretary; and Seibert, treasurer.

 

Boop received a framed certificate of appreciation for his year of service as president of the board of directors.

 

The SEDA-COG board is a 22-member, county-based policy board representing both public and private sectors.
