The SEDA-COG Rural Planning Organization (RPO) assists in the coordination of rural transportation planning in the eight counties making up the SEDA-COG RPO.  Its members include those representing transportation planning interests in each of the eight counties, as well as representatives of the Union-Snyder Transportation Alliance (USTA), Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and Metropolitan Planning Organizations in Harrisburg, State College, and Williamsport.  Meetings are typically held at SEDA-COG's office complex at 201 Furnace Road, off Route 15.
